The most successful people in this world credit coaching for their success and growth. Coaching helps you understand that everything you need already exists with you.
Clearly, it’s the best-kept secret in the business world, but many have never had access to it.
My clients receive: 1:1 coaching tailored to their specific needs, a top-rated leadership assessment, and customized tools and resources to support them on the journey.
The ELI is an attitudinal assessment that measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world.
Customized workshops for companies, professional organizations, and Employee Resource Groups.
Available to serve as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, moderator, or panel participant.
In 2022, my life took a transformative turn. After experiencing a traumatic workplace event that led to a diagnosis of breast cancer, work-related depression, anxiety, and PTSD, I knew something had to change. I made the courageous decision to end my 24-year corporate career to prioritize my mental and physical well-being.
I didn’t have any support when I was navigating my trauma. People told me to “suck it up” or “stick it out”. I became a certified Unbreak My Soul Facilitator so that you do not have to suffer alone. I’ve seen firsthand how stress and trauma can impact the body and mind. My journey inspired me to explore holistic healing practices, and now I want to share what I’ve learned with clients to help them find peace and balance in their own lives.
Based on the research of Dr. Carey Yazeed, Black women are struggling both emotionally and physically in the workplace. Many do not feel safe, and are often afraid to share about their work experiences due to the fear of retaliation or experiencing negative consequences. Professional Black women lack community – a support system filled with other like minded women who understand their systemic induced pain and suffering. My goal is to create safe spaces where Black women can speak freely about their toxic work experiences; a space where they feel seen and heard.
Safe Spaces
Are you struggling in the workplace? Have you experienced bullying, discrimination, or retaliation at the hands of a supervisor? Have you attempted to speak up, only to be labeled angry or difficult to work with by your coworkers?
Consider joining one of my Safe Spaces, where professional Black Women gather to share their work experiences, while receiving validation and support. Safe Spaces offer Black women a healthy opportunity to exhale. Participants also learn about their rights as an employee, in addition to available activities and resources that can be utilized to protect them.
